Drew Soule is a strategic HR leader and organizational design consultant with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations scale through transformation and growth. Currently serving as a Lead HR Business Partner, Drew specializes in organizational development, talent strategy, executive coaching, and people operations, with expertise spanning IPO readiness, M&A integration, labor relations, and performance management. Raised in the Chicago suburbs, Drew’s life has been shaped by his experiences living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, which instilled in him resilience, empathy, and a lifelong commitment to inclusion. Early on, he partnered with the Muscular Dystrophy Association as a youth ambassador, raising awareness and support for the disability community. His journey led him to the University of Illinois, where he earned both a bachelor’s in Political Science and Business Administration and a master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the nation’s top-ranked program. Beyond his professional career, Drew remains passionate about creating spaces for growth and connection. He is actively involved in disability advocacy, lobbying for accessible air travel and healthcare services, and continues to mentor and coach both individuals and organizations toward success.
